Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Stir fry the finely chopped vegetables with one 2 tsp oil add salt and turmeric. Don't overcook the vegetables. Add semolina and dry roasted oats flour. Add curd to it. Grease the idli tray with oil.
* Step 2
Pour the idli batter in it. Allow it to cook for 10 mins on low flame. Serve it hot with coconut chutney or any chutney of your choice.
