* Step 1
For making the batter, mix the batter with water no lumps should be formed. add turmeric,salt and baking soda to it.
* Step 2
Add all the chopped veggies into the batter mix well. consistency of the mixture should be as shown in the pic.
* Step 3
Take a pan add oil heat to it. Pour the batter into it. Cover the pan with a lid.
* Step 4
Flip the side of the chilla allow it to cook.serve the chilla with any chutney.
