Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the poha in water for 5 mins. Grind it in mixture for smooth paste. Add sooji and curd mix it well add water to bring it the right consistency. Add salt to taste.
* Step 2
Add all the finely chopped vegetables into the batter.
* Step 3
Take a pan add some oil. Pour the batter in small amount sprinkle vegetables on it. Cover it with lid. After some time flip it to the other side.
* Step 4
The vegetables and the uttapam are cooked now. Serve it hot with sauce.
