Pepper bass & asparagus squid

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the garlic, onion and asparagus. Use a low oiled pan to cook the mix around 15 minutes.

* Step 2

Chop the squid, add It to the mix and cook till the water from the squid evaporates (personally recomend a wok to do it)

* Step 3

Sprinkle pepper over the bass and cook it using a flat pan with olive oil for 10 minutes aprox. It should be turned to cook both sides, squeeze a lemon before turning It to mix the flavours of both ingredientes.

* Step 4

After serving the bass and the squid smash the walnut and mince the parmesan cheese, mix them and sprikle over the squid with asparagus.

* Step 5
