Spanish potato omelet

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the potatoes and the onion into thin slices
* Step 2
Fry the onion and the potatoes with enough oil to cover the slices, then take the máximum oil out of the mix with a strainer
* Step 3
Beat the eggs and add the onion and the potatoes in a bowl.
* Step 4
Use a flat pan to fry the mix till its bottom is cooked enough. Should take 3 to 5 min
* Step 5
Using a dish to cocer the pan, spin the omelet and fry the other half
