One of the most popular fried dough dish dessert loved across the globe is Donuts, You can serve it as is or eat with sugar/chocolate or various glazes as per the taste
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, mix flour and baking soda
* Step 2
Make 3 wells in flour mix, add yeast, sugar and salt respectively. Gently mix everything well
* Step 3
Add vanilla extract, butter and curd
* Step 4
Now add lukewarm milk and gently mix everything
* Step 5
Knead for 5 minutes into smooth pliable dough, even if it's bit sticky, do not add more flour. The dough should be soft
* Step 6
Cover and rest dough in warm place for 90 minutes
* Step 7
The dough would have doubled in size, gently punch the air
* Step 8
Knead dough for 2-3 minutes
* Step 9
Divide dough into 2 equal portions
* Step 10
Dust surface with flour and roll each dough into thick circle
* Step 11
Using cookie cutter and small bottle cap, cut into donut shape. Repeat until dough is completed
* Step 12
Place donuts on baking tray lined with parchment paper/ greased foil or greased plate, there should be gap between the donuts
* Step 13
Cover donuts with cloth and rest in warm place for 30 minutes
* Step 14
Heat oil for frying, alternatively this can be baked too. Baked version is more healthy while the fried version is more tastier

Drop donuts in hot oil and deep fry over medium heat until golden brown
* Step 16
Drain excess oil over tissue paper
* Step 17
For Glaze: In a pan, heat cream over low heat, add Chocolate spread and gently mix until well combined. Switch off. Depending on the thickness of the glaze required, adjust the quantity of cream
* Step 18
Dip the donuts in prepared chocolate glaze or use icing spatula apply glaze over donuts
* Step 19
Add sprinklers on top, this is optional. Now allow the chocolate glaze to set completely
* Step 20
Serve Donuts with milk or coffee
