Cream corn & sausage
Doesn’t look the prettiest, but boy it was good. Served with white rice & fried country style ribs. Found this recipe on TT.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place olive oil in pan over medium heat. Dice onion & add to the pan. While that is cooking cut sausage in half lengthwise then cut horizontally. Add to pan. Mix around then add seasoning.
* Step 2
Once sausage is brown, add a paper towel to absorb oil. Add cream corn. Mix and let cook for a couple minutes covered. Check on it, check if you need more salt or pepper and to the consistency you like. Plate with white rice and your meat of choice.
