Shrimp stir fry

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
1/4 cup

soy sauce

1/4 cup

water

1 tbsp

honey

1 tbsp

olive oil

1 cup

Shrimp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix teriyaki sauce: soy sauce, water, ginger, and honey. Set aside

* Step 2

Cook rice as directed

* Step 3

Chop vegetables. Suggest carrots, mushrooms, green onion, spinach. Whatever else is fresh. Enough for 2 to 3 cups worth

* Step 4

In a wok or sauté pan, heat oil over medium heat. If using cooked shrimp, add veggies first to soften (save mushrooms for later so they don't wilt).

* Step 5

Once veggies have started to soften, add shrimp and mushrooms and heat through.

* Step 6

Add the sauce once heated

* Step 7

Serve over rice and garnish with green onions.
