Grilled whitefish and cilantro salad
A simple and time saving meal, eliminating oil at all cost, yet turned out to be perfect and what a healthy option to always opt for. #Mycookbook
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the fish fillet, drain and set aside. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and brush all over the fish sides.
* Step 2
Sprinkle some dried rosemary leaves and put on the grill for roughly 50 minutes.
* Step 3
Chop some cilantro, mix together the fish sauce and apple cider vinegar. Place the grilled fish on a plate and dress with the cilantro, then pour or drizzle the sauce on top.
