Herbal tea

Thought of sharing my regular tea, a combination of these may help relieve pain and anxiety. Perhaps works differently with different people, but i always experience its good effect.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Strain and drink warm but with the cinnamon thrown into the glass or jar. I always chew up the cinnamon, so feel free to do same.
