Quinoa with vegetable stir fry
This is obviously one of my healthiest foods and quite a balanced diet, yet very easy to prepare and less time consuming!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the quinoa in water for about 30 minutes and then rinse off. Pour in a cooking pot, add the water and cook for 25 minutes.
* Step 2
On a heated wok or pan, add the oil, the green and red pepper, and stir fry for about 5 minutes. Then add the instant chicken breast and almost shredding them, mix well and stir fry for additional 4 minutes.
* Step 3
Transfer the stir fry to the quinoa plate and toss them together with spoon and serve.
