Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In 7 bowls divide and add chopped ripened bananas, hung curd and sugar.
* Step 2
Then add 1 cup chopped yellow flesh of jackfruit, 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 1 cup chopped brocolli, 1 cup chopped beetroot, 1 cup chopped papaya, 1 cup black plum (jamun) separately in 6 different bowls. Keep 1 bowl without any fruit. Blend ingredients of each bowl separately in a mixer.
* Step 3
Add the layers of the smoothie in a jar by using a spoon or piping bag as shown in the picture - 1) white colour, 2) broccoli (Green colour), 3) jackfruit (yellow colour)
* Step 4
Then add 4) beetroot (purple-crimson colour), 5) papaya (orange colour), black plum (purple colour)
* Step 5
Lastly tomatoes (red colour). Garnish the topmost layer with some gems and candies. Serve chilled.
