We are having a BBQ today and the sun is shining! I always make this salad as it helps to lighten up a plate of meat!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Thinly slice the tomatoes and onions and arrange on your plate.
* Step 2
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper then scatter with torn basil leaves.
