Dairy Free Chai Tea
This is my favourite #hotdrink. First introduced to me by our community cooks here and I’ve made it so many times now I’ve figured out my favourite combination of spices.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix everything except the milk in a small saucepan and leave to simmer on the hob for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Stir in the milk and add more honey to taste.
* Step 3
Remove the tea bag then strain through a small sieve into a mug.
