Salty Tamari Seed Snacks

Based on a recipe shared by Shital last year, I love these snacks because they are healthy but the salt and fat make them very satisfying. You can make these snacks with anything you can find in the kitchen cupboards, any mix of seeds, nuts or even tinned chickpeas. You can eat them on their own or sprinkle them on salads and even pasta dishes. #budgetbasics

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together than spread flat on a baking tray. Bake at 190 C for 5-10 minutes stirring and checking regularly. When they have dried out and are just starting to pop occasionally they are done.
