Apple & Black Cherry Crumble
Heavily inspired by Kristina K’s rhubarb crumble that we made earlier this week in the Cookpad kitchen. I had some tinned fruit that needed using up so I made this #glutenfree and #dairyfree version for the family.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pee and core the apples, then chop into chunks. Put the apples in a bowl and mix well with the 40g of sugar. Tip into a baking dish.
* Step 2
Add in the tinned fruit toppings.
* Step 3
In a separate mixing bowl, use your fingers to rub the marg into the dry topping ingredients. Then sprinkle the topping on your fruit.
* Step 4
Bake at 185 C for a good 45 mins. Serve with custard for a proper comfort food treat.
