Charred Padron Chilli Peppers
Super simple, roasted on a high heat with olive oil and rock salt. You could add to dishes or salad, but we just ate them hot from the oven as they were. They’re slightly bitter in flavour, a bit on a par with green peppers, and not hot.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat a baking tray on your oven at 120 C.
* Step 2
Drizzle the peppers with a good glug of olive oil and season well with salt.
* Step 3
When the oven is up to temp, tip the peppers onto the hot try, they might hiss and pop slightly. Roast for 6-8 mins, turning halfway through. And that’s it! Enjoy!
