Speedy Breakfast Mushrooms on Seeded Toast
More mushrooms! They’re so quick to make in the morning plus they’re filling too.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice the mushrooms and pan fry with the garlic, paprika, a splash of oil and a few tbsp of water until cooked.
* Step 2
Mix the cornflour with a small amount of water, pour into your pan and stir.
* Step 3
Toast your bread then serve the mushrooms in toast. Finish with salt and pepper.
