Easy Mincemeat Tarts

Two ingredient festive cheat dessert!

Ingredient

1 jar

mincemeat

1 pack

puff pastry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Lay the pastry out on a baking tray. Score out a border using a blunt knife, leaving about an inch on the edges.

* Step 2

Use a fork to prick the pastry base inside the border.

* Step 3

Spread the mincemeat over the pastry inside the border.

* Step 4

Bake at 200 C for 20-25 mins until the pastry turns golden and puffy.

* Step 5

Slice into portions, dust with icing sugar and serve!
