Garlic Spaghetti

A super quick #vegan lunch from the #cookpadkitchen. Really, really delicious!

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 greedy people
3 tbsp

sweetcorn

1 tbsp

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Gently sauté the onions, tomatoes and garlic in a large frying pan for ten minutes until soft and translucent.

* Step 2

Add the sweetcorn and plenty of freshly ground pepper, season with salt too but a little less liberally.

* Step 3

Mix in the cooked and drained spaghetti then serve. We topped ours with vegan cheese and it was delicious!
