Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Roast the wheat flour to a brown colour and keep aside.
* Step 3
Fry dryfruits in the ghee and leave aside.
* Step 4
Boil the water add sugar and stir till it desolve.
* Step 5
Now add elaichi powder, red colour and dryfruits and ghee in which dryfruits were roasted.
* Step 6
Add roasted flour and stir till halwa is forms.
* Step 7
Then in flower shaped silicon mold sprincle silver balls then halwa and freeze for 5min for setting, after that remove them and serve.
