Baked Quail Eggs with Haloumi

Quick fix healthy breakfast with whatever you find around in the kitchen. I haven't added the recipe for the pastry, you can find it here

1/4 Cup

Haloumi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat 190C. Line a muffin tray with pastry. I had a cookie cutter which was the perfect size so it looked pretty pretty.

* Step 2

Place a sliced tomato on each. Add sausages as much as you like. Crumble some haloumi.

* Step 3

Crack a quail egg over it. Be gentle.

* Step 4

Season it with salt and pepper. Some chopped parsley.

* Step 5

You can grate some mozarella on top if you like.

* Step 6

Bake for 8 minutes. You might want to test with just one to figure out the timing else the quail yolk will not be runny.
