Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Maidy main all dough ingredients dal kar pani sy Knead kerty Huey thori hard si dough bana lein
* Step 2
Patsto main all filling ingredients dal kar mix kar ke potato dough bana lein
* Step 3
Green chutney ke all ingredients mix kar blend msin blend kar ke chutney ready kar lein
* Step 4
Dough ke 2 parry baba lein aik pary ki roti bail kar half potato mixture spread karein or 1 tbsp green chutney bhi spread kar dein
* Step 5
Ab roti ko fold kerty Huey roll bana lein or roll 6 to 7 pieces cut kar lein pieces ko sidha kar ke halka pres kar dein
* Step 6
Maidy main pani add kar ke mix kar ke aik thin sa better ready kar lein or aik pan msin oil garam kar ke aik aik pinwheel ke maida better main dip kar ke hot oil main golden clour any tak fry kar lein yummy chutney raita ke sath enjoy karein
