* Step 1
Pahly tindon ki skin remove kar ke choty pieces main cut kar lein
* Step 2
Aik pan main oil garam ker ke sabit zeera dal kar 30 second saute karein
* Step 3
Ab ginger garlic paste dal kar 1 mint saute karein
* Step 4
Ab one by one salt turmeric powder red chili powder coriander powder or 1 tbsp pani dal kar 1 mint masala bhon lein
* Step 5
Ab tindy dal kar 3 mint tak fry karty Huey cook karein
* Step 6
3 mint ke bad onion add kar ke 2 to 3 mint fry karty Huey cook karein
* Step 7
Ab tomato green chili add kar ke tomato soft hony tak cook karein lein
* Step 8
Ab cover kar ke 10 to 15 mint tak low flam per cook karein jub tak tindy soft ho jaein
* Step 9
Phir 4 to 5 mint bhon lein sath main tindon ko mash bhi karty jaein jub tindon ka pani dry hony lagy to chat masala dal kar mix karein
* Step 10
Jub tindy oil chorny lagyn to garam masala sprinkle kar ke 1 to 2 mint cover kar lein masala tindy ready dish out kar ke garam chapati ke sath serve karein
