Pahly pan main oil garamker ke onion brown hony tak fry kar ke new pepper per phila dein

Phir usi oil main sabit garammasla dal kar ginger garlic paist 30 second soty kar ke mutton dal kar bhony dry spices dal kar gosht ka pani dry hony or clour change hony tak bhon lein

Ab tomato green chilli dal kar cover kar ke tamater soft hony tak cook karein tamater soft ho jaein to gosht ko phir bhon lain tamater ka pani dry hony tak

Ab 1 cup pani add kar ke aik ubal any per low flam per 34 to 40 mints cook karein jub gosht 70 sy 80% soft ho jaey pani dry hony lagy to patato pieces main cut kar ke dal dein onion bhi krush kar ke add kar ke bhon lein 3 to 4 mint tak

Phir 14 cup pani or dahi dal kar kalf dhal kar cook karein 15 to 20 mint tak jub gosht aloo soft ho jaein oil nazar any lagy

To garammasala powder or coriander leaves cut kar ke dal kar flam of kar ke 1 mint ke liey chor dein tak garammasala or coriander leaves ke khushbo gravy main observe ho jaey
* Step 7
Phir dish out kar ke halka sy ghee roti ko laga kar garamgaramroti ke sath serve karein maza a jaey ga
