Now for many, who didn't know what's hara chana, they are whole green chick peas packed with a lot of nutritional value, full of protein. 100 gms of paneer made from cow milk provides 18.3 gms of protein,so I prepared shahi cholia-paneer with combination of green chana and paneer to make it protein rich recipe .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the ghee, add cumin, asafoetida and the bay leaves. When the seeds begin to splutter, add tomato puree and stir-fry till the oil separates.
* Step 2
Add the khoya, cashewnut powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, chilli powder and the coriander, stir-fry till the oil separates.
* Step 3
Add the chholia (Green chana)and paneer and the green chillies and sauté over high flame till the vegetables look glossy
* Step 4
Add 2 cups of water bring to a boil and simmer, covered for about 10 minutes. Add the cream and kasoori methi. Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
* Step 5
Shahi cholia-paneerProtein rich recipe is ready to serve.
