Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At first,prepared the curd with vinegar and milk.
* Step 2
Strained the water of curd.
* Step 3
Remove the seeds of green chilli and paste it.
* Step 4
Mix with curd and smashed.
* Step 5
Then,add flour in it and smash 20 min for softness.
* Step 6
Afterthat,take small portion from the dough of curd and add sugar balls in it.
* Step 7
Give them complete round shape.
* Step 8
Make a sugar syrup with sugar and water.add green chilli skin, food colour and cardamon at the time of boil.
* Step 9
Add the curd balls in it and boiled for 20 min from both side.
* Step 10
Afterthat,prepared a light sugar syrup and pour the spongy rosgulla in it and serve hot.
