#GA4 #week15.chicken.Today I have prepared murg jahangiri, a very tasty recipe.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At first, take the chicken pieces in water with salt and make a cotton cloth potli with coriander and feenel seeds and keep it in same water in same pan.
* Step 2
Boil the chicken during 15 min and put oil and ghee in same pan with whole garam masala and bay leaf and saute.
* Step 3
Then, put onion,garlic and tomato paste in same pan and saute till not clear the raw tastes with adding all masalas and boil chicken.
* Step 4
Next,saute all of them and add the boil chicken stock in same pan and make a dry curry with garam masala.
* Step 5
Serve it with polau or roti and salad
