Today I prepared lentil stuff puri that is Bihari dal puri which is very tasty and healthy.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At first,take normal and wheat flour in a pot
* Step 2
Next, add carom seeds, semolina,oil and salt in it.
* Step 3
Mix all of them and knead with water.
* Step 4
Make a dough and rest for 15 mins.
* Step 5
Then, take mung dal and soak for 10 hrs in water
* Step 6
Then boil it with water, salt,turmeric.
* Step 7
After that,keep the boil dal in pot
* Step 8
Then,add all paste and masala powder in dal
* Step 9
Next, put oil in a pan with asafoetida and temper.
* Step 10
Put the boil lentil and saute it in pan
* Step 11
Add some gram flour in it and make a mixture.
* Step 12
Next,make equal slices from the dough.
* Step 14
Stuff the slices with lentil mixture.
* Step 15
After stuffing lift one side of the edge and start pleating.

Next,roll the slices by rolling pin with oil
* Step 18
Tempt oil in pan and fry them
* Step 19
Serve in plate with chutney
