Lauki chilka pakora with masala muri

Today i prepared gourd peel pakora and masala puffed rice in lockdown ,as street food.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At first,take gramflour,gourd peel and salt in pot
* Step 2
Mix them with green chilli, chat masala and roast masala
* Step 3
Make a thick mixture with water
* Step 4
Take small portion of the mixture and put in hot oil on the pan
* Step 5
Fry them from both side till golden brown in medium flame
* Step 6
After fring,keep them in plate
* Step 7
Next,take oil in pot with split gram,nuts,mustard seed,black salt,roast and chat masala
* Step 8
Add dry chilli,turmeric in it and saute
* Step 9
Add puffed rice in it and saute well in pan
* Step 10
Serve both of them with sauce in plate
