Palak paneer

#rainbowweek6.green.palak is a healthy vegetable of winter.Today I prepared palak paneer,which is a very tasty and famous green recipe in India.

Ingredient

200 gm

paneer

500 gm

spinach

2 tsp

salt

1/2 gm

cinnamon

2 tsp

sugar

1/2 tsp

asafoetida

2 tsp

ghee

5 tsp

oil

1 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the paneer into pieces

Shallow fry them in pan with oil

* Step 3

Keep them aside from pan

* Step 4

Then,make a paste of spinach

Now,add some more oil in pan with asafoetida,dry chilli and cumin seeds.

Next,add palak paste in same pan

* Step 7

Stir with cinnamon,salt,sugar,ginger chilli paste

Add water and salt for the taste of gravy

* Step 9

Stir well and boil it during 15 min

Then add kasuri methi and ghee.

When,the water will reduce from pan

Last,add the paneer in pan

Then,boil more 5min after add paneer and stir well

* Step 14

Turnoff the gas and keep aside the curry.

Serve in a bowl with roti and paratha.
