Potato stuffed idli-a new thought

steam recipes are very famous all over the World.In India, taste of steamed food is very popular like spicy food.Idli is one of the famous steam food in India.Here, I prepared the recipe

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At first, boil the potatoes.
* Step 2
Cut green chilli and coriander leaves.
* Step 3
Take rice flour,semolina and curd in a bowl.
* Step 4
Add salt,baking powder and soda in same pot.
* Step 5
Mix them well with water.
* Step 6
Then,whisk it and make a smooth mixture.
* Step 8
Mash boil potatoes with salt and turmeric powder.
* Step 9
Add mustard seeds, green chilli and coriander leaves on the potatoes.
* Step 10
Put oil in a pan with asafoetida.
* Step 11
Put the potato mixture in pan and saute it.
* Step 13
Take a little portion of the mixture in hand.
* Step 14
Make marble size balls and press by hand.
* Step 15
Make small disc for stuffing
* Step 16
Make a mixture of coconut and jaggery in a pan.
* Step 17
Grease oil in idli mould.
* Step 18
Spread little portion mixture of coconut on idli pan
* Step 20
Then, add the potato stuffing on the batter
* Step 21
Next,add idli batter again on the stuff in mould.
* Step 22
Then, cover the lid and steam for 15 mins.
* Step 23
Ready soft and yummy idlies, serve with chutney.
