A tasty masala curry
Punjabi pakora kadhi is a famous dish.especially,the flavour of spicy tarka in the kadhi has completely changed the taste of curry. Here I prepared the recipe.

* Step 1
At first, cut the vegetables
* Step 2
Take gram and rice flour in pan with them.
* Step 3
Add salt, chat masala, ginger chilli paste in it.
* Step 4
Then, add chat masala, carom seed, red chilli, turmeric in it
* Step 5
Put water and make a mixture.
* Step 6
Make small balls and put them in oil in pan
* Step 7
Fry them from both sides and make pakora.

Take a bowl with curd and whisk.
* Step 10
Add gram flour and whisk them together in same pan.

Add red chilli and turmeric powder in it.

Whisk them all in same pan.

Tempt pan again and put cumin seeds,garlic paste,fenugreek and dry chilli

Pour the mixture in it and stir it well.

At the time of stir the gas will in low flame.

When the mixture will boil and oil leaves edges.

Then,add salt and kasuri methi in it.

Stir well and the mixture will creamy.

Add pakora in it and boil for 3 mins

Next,put oil in small bowl

Add garlic paste,dry chilli,fenugreek red chilli powder and cumin seeds in it.

Put it in kadhi for spicy taste

Add coriander leaves on it.

Serve it in bowl with rice.
