Karnataka idli and thokku coriander leaves chutney
#goldenapron2 karnataka is famous for different type of food.Use of coconut and tamarind is very popular in their daliy life.Today i make a easy break fast idli and chutney.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At first,take semolina in a pot.
* Step 2
Then,take oil in pan and tempt
* Step 3
Add cumin,gram dal and mustard seeds
* Step 4
Next,add carrot,curry leaves and peanut
* Step 5
Add turmeric and salt, saute it.
* Step 6
Then, off the gas and add the semolina in it.
* Step 7
Mix all of them very well.
* Step 9
Add curd in it and mix it
* Step 10
Add water in it and whisk the mixture
* Step 11
Next,add baking powder in it and whisk.
* Step 12
Keep the batter for 20min.
* Step 13
Take green chilli with oil and roast in gas.
* Step 14
Then,add coriander leaves and roast in same way.

Put the roast coriander leaves and green chilli in grinder with tamarind and salt

Then, make a green chutney
* Step 17
Next,take idli maker and brush oil
* Step 20
Put the mould in idli pan and cover the lid on oven.
* Step 21
After15min,check it with toothpeek.
* Step 22
When the toothpeek is clear then idli is ready.

Then,serve the idli and chutney.
