Goan prawn pulao

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add salt,turmeric and chilli powder.
* Step 3
Marinate and keep it for 10min
* Step 4
Then,soak the rice for 30min
* Step 5
Chop and peel the vegetables.
* Step 7
Fry the marinate prawn from both side and keep in a plate.
* Step 8
Add more oil in same pan.
* Step 9
Add cumin,cardamom,cinnamon,pepper bay leaf and cloves
* Step 12
Then,add ginger garlic paste,salt,lemon juice and both masala powder in same pan.

Saute it for 5mins in pan.

Then,add some ghee in same pan and saute it

Add prawn stock water in pan.

Give the soak rice in pan and stir it.

Then,put more water in pan as per require.

Add the fried prawn and coriander in water.
* Step 20
Then start boil and dry water.
* Step 21
At boiling time,stir the water 1 or 2 times in pan.

Dry the mixture and ready to serve.
