#goldenapron2 rajasthan is famous for different type of traditional recipes.Today i prepared dal dokli,generally enjoyed in cold and rainy weather.it is a spicy flavour some delicious one pot meal.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At first, take wheat flour,salt,carom seeds and oil in pot.
* Step 2
Then,add red chilli and turmeric powder on wheat flour.
* Step 3
Then,mix green chilli and coriander leaves.
* Step 4
Mix all the ingredients for the dough and add water to knead a hard dough.
* Step 5
Knead it and make a dough.
* Step 6
Make a log and cut it in marbel size ball.
* Step 7
Then,take balls in hand and press it by palms
* Step 8
Next,make small disc and make a small hole in it by using your thumb
* Step 9
Take both lentil in a bowl
* Step 10
Soak them in water for 8 hr
* Step 11
Then,put it in a cooker and boil it.
* Step 12
Then,boil again the wheat disc in cooker with water.
* Step 13
Cook them untill the disc is completely cook.

Add oil in pan with dry chilli,cumin seed,asafoetida and carom seed.splutter it

Add tomato and ginger chill paste in it.

Saute it and add boil lentil in pan.

Add all masala powder in it with salt and saute it

Put water in pan and boil.

When,start to boil put all the disc one by one in it.

Stir and boil it until the disc is compeletly cook.

Take a pan with oil,onion and garlic
* Step 23
Add all masala powder,salt,green chilli and saute it.
* Step 24
Now put the tempering into the dal when it's cooked.

Then,mix all really good.
* Step 26
Let this come to a final boil with ghee and coriander leaves
