Fry potato and fish head with salt. Put oil in pan then add onion tomato with all masalas and saute it. Add the rice and mix it with potato.If you want veg then give it.mix it gently 15 min then add water full kadhai, then add fish head.boil it until the rice are cooked.then add garam masala and ghee. And complete the dish. It is a complete Bengali dish
