Pizza pockets

Found this recipe while I was shopping. Was a hit at home.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

10 mins
1 1/2 cups

self rasing flour

1/2 cup

plain flour

1/3 cup

tomato paste

1/2 cup

pizza cheese

1/2 tsp

table salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sift both flours and salt in a large bowl. Stir to combine.

* Step 2

Make a well in the centre.

* Step 3

Add greek yoghurt. Stir with a wooden spoon until a dough is formed.

* Step 4

Turn out onto a floured bench or board. Knead until all dough comes together.

* Step 5

Cut into 4 portions. Roll out into 20cm circles.

* Step 6

Spread tomato paste onto each circle. Top with toppings of choice or the ingredients in the list. Finish off with cheese.

* Step 7

Fold over and pinch dough to hold in fillings.

* Step 8

Place pizza pockets onto grill. Push down with firm hand. Cook 2mins on each side.

* Step 9

Serve with salsa, salad or fried rice.
