Grilled Asparagus
If you are tired of having bland plates of asparagus, feel free to try this flavorful take on grilled asparagus.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 ℉ (220 ℃)
* Step 2
Snap off the asparagus ends. Add asparagus to a mixing bowl with your choice of oil, salt, pepper, melted butter, balsamic vinegar, and garlic. Mix all ingredients together until coated thoroughly.
* Step 3
Arrange a single layer of asparagus in a baking sheet. Add shredded parmesan, lemon zest, crushed red peppers, and fresh parsley.
* Step 4
Place in the oven and cook for 12-15 min. Until it is cooked through and tender.
