Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cam vắt lấy nước. Thịt rửa sạch, cắt lát mỏng. Phi thơm tỏi băm, cho thịt vào đảo săn, thêm nước cam, nước mắm, đường, tương ớt, đảo đều cho thịt thấm vị
* Step 2
Khi phần nước sệt lại thì cho mè vào đảo đều và tắt bếp. Múc thịt ra dĩa, thêm cơm trắng vét chảo phần nước thịt còn lại, ngon lắm
