425. California Farm Tapas: Padron Peppers
Blistered peppers rubbed with olive oil and coarse seasalt, great fingerfood, the peppers will taste sweet and fresh. If you cannot find Padron peppers, young unripe poblano peppers work well.

30 seconds each side, four sides
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat dry cast iron skillet. When hot, put in drop of olive oil. When smoking, add peppers rubbed with olive oil. Sprinkle coarse salt over. Do not touch till they start popping, quarter turn, salt and blister other three sides. Serve.
