Ướp thịt với nước cam, tiêu xay, nước mắm trong 30 phút. Phi thơm đầu hành lá, cho thịt vào đảo săn
* Step 3
Tiếp đến cho nước tương, đường vào đảo đều, thêm nước cam vào rim cho đến khi nước cạn bớt
* Step 4
Gắp ra dĩa thêm tỏi phi lên trên
