Ill health motivated me to make Rainbow Smoothies every day. I was deficient in Vitamin C and D. Basically COVID19 left me unable to access proper nutrition. I ran into a transportation problem. Within 7 months, muscle atrophy began making it nearly imposdible to walk. I feared I would be in a wheelchair. But I forced myself to exercise 3x daily; and I have completely recovered!
