Ingredient

500 ml

milk

1/4 cup

sugar

3 tsp

cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a a Kadhai add the milk let the milk boil then keep the flame to medium and keep Stuti the milk until it reduces till half of the original volume

* Step 2

Once done add sugar and cream then again cook it for another few minutes then turn off the flame

* Step 3

Let the milk cool down completely add the mango pulp mix it well then pour this mixture into a moulds then keep it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours after that transfer this moulds into a plate garnished it some pistachiosand tuty fruity served chilled..
