Kala Jamun with homemade koya

#myrecipe My grand mother used to make these jaamuns in my childhood. These are my all time favourite sweets

Ingredient

Cooking time :

1 HR 30 minutes
30 gr

semolina

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl without adding any water. You may add one to two tablespoons of water if required.

* Step 2

Make small cylindric shaped dumplings and stuff with crushed nuts

* Step 3

Add them in to the piping hot oil and switch off the flame

* Step 4

Then switch on the and fry the jaamuns on low flame until golden brown colour.

* Step 5

Add sugar in the water and let it dissolve. Boil until soft string forms and add jaamuns in to the syrup let it sit for 4 to 5 hours

* Step 6

Serve hot and may also preserve for 4 to 5 days
