Lauki ke Pakode

#YIFR Rainy season is incomplete without Pakoda and Chai. Lauki means Bottle gourd is super healthy veg. The Pakode made with this is very easy , super crispy and delicious too.let's get started with the recipe.

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 servings
4-5 cloves

Garlic

1/2 tsp

carom seed

1/2 tsp

turmeric

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take Grated Bottle gourd in a bowl and add salt and mix it well.It will release water.

* Step 2

Then mix grind paste in it and mix it well, Add Red chili powder, turmeric carom seeds and mix it well

* Step 3

Add Grahm flour as much it requires. Do not add water.

* Step 4

Mix it well and when the oil is hot Add the pakode in it for deep-fry.

* Step 5

Fry them on medium heat, once done remove them and it’s ready to serve.
