Bread rolls with fried egg

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel,dice and wash potatoes
* Step 2
Cook potatoes in a salted water
* Step 3
Smash potatoes and season it with maggi,curry and salt and set aside
* Step 5
Use knife and remove the edges of the bread
* Step 6
Use rolling pin and make bread flat
* Step 7
Arrange bread as seen in the picture below
* Step 8
Add one spoon of the potatoes filling
* Step 10
In a bowl,break 5 eggs,add curry powder and whisk
* Step 11
Dip bread rolls in egg and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Fry the remaining egg
