Fried rice with fish soup

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash rice and drain in a strainer. In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry rice until golden brown and drain also in a strainer
* Step 2
Add enough water that will cook the rice and allow it to boil
* Step 3
Add in maggi cube,salt and curry powder
* Step 4
Add in fried rice,when its almost cook add in carrots and green bell peppers and continue cooking until soft
* Step 5
In another pan heat oil and add crushed scotch bonnet and onion and stir fry for 2 minutes,add in maggi cube, curry powder and water
* Step 6
Then add in fresh fish and allow it to cook
* Step 7
Serve fried rice with fish soup. Enjoy!
