Fried yam with chicken sauce

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel,wash and diced yam into strips and mix it with little salt
* Step 2
Heat oil and fry yam strips until golden brown
* Step 3
In another pan heat oil and add in diced onion and scotch bonnet
* Step 4
Add in cooked chicken thigh and cube and stir occasionally
* Step 5
Serve fried yam with chicken sauce. Enjoy!
