Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix flour with baking powder and pinch of salt and sieve,set aside

* Step 2

In a bowl break egg and separate egg white from yolk. Beat egg white till frothy

* Step 3

Add ¼ cup sugar little at a time until fluffy and creamy,set aside

* Step 4

Beat egg yolk,when its starting forming add the remaining sugar little at a time,add half of the flour and mix

* Step 5

Add half of the flour and fold gently,add in oil and then fluffy egg white and fold in gently.

* Step 6

Pour the batter into cake tin and bake for 30-35 minutes.
